ベルギーの出版社、Hafabra Musicの設立25周年を記念して、代表のLouis Martinus氏へ捧げた作品。
ゆったりとした中間部の一部に16分音符が出てくる以外、管楽器のほとんどが8分音符以上の音で構成されています。力強さと明るさを兼ね揃えた楽曲で、コンサートにもコンテストにも適した作品に仕上げました。
