Liberty Fanfare was commissioned by and dedicated to the Comfort Wind Ensemble based in Fukuoka, Japan, Mr. Satoru Yoshihara, conductor.
The premiere performance took place on December 18, 2005, in Kitakyushu City, Fukuoka, Japan.

福岡県で活動するコンフォート ウインドアンサンブルの委嘱作品。
2005年12月18日、福岡県北九州市の響ホールで行われた「コンフォート演奏会」にて吉原 哲氏の指揮により同バンドに初演されました。
