"Heartfelt Echoes is a personal work dedicated to my mother, who passed away in August 2024. This piece is a reflection of the many cherished memories we shared throughout our lives.
Among those memories, one moment stands out vividly. In October 2004, I received the life-changing news that I would debut as a composer with Barnhouse. My mother was overjoyed, and the warmth and pride she expressed remains etched in my heart. Her unwavering support and genuine happiness for my achievements have been a profound source of inspiration.
Through this piece, I seek to capture the essence of her love and the echoes of her presence that continue to resonate within me. It is a heartfelt tribute to her memory, expressing both gratitude and the enduring bond we share, transcending time and space.
Premiered on February 23, 2025, in Kumamoto Prefecture, Japan, by the Hekiraku Ensemble, with the composer conducting.

2024年8月に逝去した母に捧げるた作品です。
母との思い出は当然多くありますが、その中でも特に鮮明に残っているのは、2004年10月、バーンハウスでデビューするという、人生を変える知らせを受けた時のことです。母は大変喜んでくれ、その時の彼女の笑顔は、今でも心に深く刻まれています。
作品を通して、母の思いや、今も私の中に響き続ける声や記憶を書き残そうと作り上げました。
初演は2025年2月23日、作曲者自身の指揮で、熊本県の碧落アンサンブルにより行われました。
